Questions

To help us become better readers and understand more of what we have read, we have been focusing on asking questions before, during and after we have read something.

We talked about what sentences need, what they usually start with and different types of questions.
 With a partner we created some questions for Mrs Wilson. She answered some of them straight away.

Then we had to write some different questions for Mrs Goodin, our Principal. We had lots of fun writing these questions. We were lucky enough that she came to Room 18 the next day to let us ask her some of our questions.

We have learnt some very interesting things about Mrs Wilson and Mrs Goodin in the last few days, all because of questions.
